Is The Nest School necessary in MSEC/MCW/MSBM (Kodambakkam) ?
Welcome to the controversy, there is a famous quote "Think, it's not illegal yet". We all know, Chennai is a hot city rather we not know is even hotter than yesterday.
By this mean time, there is so called admission taking place for Nursery, Primary & Middle School. The main objective of the school is to provide an international curricula to next door.
Is it even possible? Or is it made to believe possible? Absolutely it is made to believe possible.
Futurist view of unfinished infrastructure |
Now lets ask one question "Why?" to ourselves, and it will gives you an answer or an another question. My first question - Why international? Before we head into this topic we must know something about the campus. This campus consist of three different education sectors namely Engineering & Technology (BE/BTech), Art & Science (BA/BSc ) and Business Management (MBA). Engineering College is an affiliated college to Anna University (not an international curricula), Arts College is also an affiliated college to Madras University (also not an international curricula) and finally MBA college is not an option but also it is not an international standard curricula. Then Why school alone be an international standard?
If the school comes under a State Board (Samacheer) type education, you can't pull an extra rope. You can clearly see the geographical view of Kodambakkam Campus below.
My thoughts are bigger than this area |
Everyone need some space to breathe, to build, to think, to do anything. So space is an essential thing in our life. Having a compact design might work in building house but to school it won't. Students and children are likely falling into the wrong arms in the name of international standard. It's not their fault and not even their parent's fault, it's our education system. We were having very basic education system where everything is in advance. Some educational institution wants to break this type of education, so they build an international curricula which is not but you will learn a lesson of your senior's syllabi of state board curriculum. Simply you'll learn n+1 in nth grade. At the end, it is the same crap.
