 Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik received an anonymous letter at his residence in Bhubaneswar claiming a conspiracy to kill him.
"I would like to tell you that you can be killed at any time... Contract killers are continuously following you," the letter stated.
"These contract killers are equipped with latest weapons like AK-47, semi-automatic pistol," the letter read.
